We make shochu from sweet potatoes.
And we do not waste any of the energy produced.
Kirishima Shuzo's sweet potato recycling initiative started based on this ideal.
Shochu cannot be made without the blessings of nature.
Our goal is to make use of them without throwing away and achieve 100% circulation.
We keep taking actions to live in harmony with nature and the local community.
