Today, with the use of advanced technology, he has developed a method for cultivating and mass-producing cordyceps militaris using brown rice. Through the collaboration of Kirishima Shuzo and Kangwon National University, Kin Kirishima was born, created from the union of sweet potato honkaku shochu and the cordyceps militaris that Dr. Sung holds in such high regard.
