A sweet potato honkaku shochu crafted through Kirishima Shuzo’s unique three-stage fermentation, combining yellow koji used in sake brewing with black koji, also used at Kuro Kirishima. It boasts a bold, but natural bitterness and a soft, gentle aroma.
