To achieve these goals, we set guidelines based on the quality and food safety policies below and regularly review them to make ongoing improvements and continuously better the Kirishima brand.

1. Look at things from the customers’ point of view

We always try to put ourselves in our customers’ shoes to put them more at ease and leave impressions in new ways. We also listen to customer feedback and apply it to develop products and improve quality.

2. Provide our customers with safe products

We adhere to global standard of food safety management system while also utilizing the tradition and craftsmanship of Kirishima Shuzo to provide our customers with safe and exciting products.

3. Abide by regulations

We adhere to laws, regulations, and agreed commitments to fulfill our responsibility as a company that is rooted in and grows alongside the community.

4. Communicate adequately

We communicate effectively both internally and externally to build trust with our customers and stakeholders.

5. Provide thought-out training

We plan and hold training sessions for our employees related to quality improvements and food safety so that we can effectively carry out our quality management "Yui".

Kirishima Shuzo operates the kirishima quality management "Yui" quality and food safety management system, which is compliant with FSSC 22000, to share information on a company-wide level.
"Yui" is Kirishima Shuzo's original quality management system designed to deliver safe products to our customers.
The company works together to share customer feedback and challenges and holds improvement activities daily.
