A consumer experience event where you can enjoy the pairing of Miyazaki beef and Shochu at a great value will be held on Saturday, February 21st, 2026!
KIRISHIMA SHUZO CO., LTD. will hold the "JAPAN Fes" event at "LAVAN MIDTOWN" in New York, USA on Saturday, February 21, 2026, to allow people in the United States to experience the charm of Shochu.(※1)" MIYAZAKI WAGYU × Japan's Top(※2)We will be holding the 'Shochu' Experience - KIRISHIMA Fes.
At this event, we will be offering a set of three drinks and a meal at a special price. In addition to catering for Japanese food such as yakitori and fried chicken, we will also be serving the finest Wagyu beef prepared on the spot by Chef Hiroki Abe, who is loved by celebrities around the world, including Hollywood.(※3)You can also enjoy Miyazaki beef shabu-shabu.
For drinks, we offer two types of sweet potato honkaku shochu, "Kuro Kirishima," which is characterized by its rich sweetness and crisp aftertaste, and "KIRISHIMA No.8," which is characterized by its fresh fruitiness reminiscent of muscat and mandarin oranges, both mixed with carbonated water.

Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, he has been based in New York since 2001. He rose to prominence with his skilled techniques and outstanding showmanship, and was appointed executive chef of En Japanese Brasserie. He has earned a reputation as one of the most sought-after chefs in the world. Currently working as a private chef, he is spreading the wonders of Japanese cuisine, making full use of fresh local ingredients and cutting-edge techniques.
