Restaurant event "Sushi × Japan's Top 'Shochu' Experience - KIRISHIMA NIGHT" to be held in New York!

KIRISHIMA SHUZO CO., LTD. is hoping to let people in America experience the charm of honkaku shochu, and is hosting a restaurant event called "Sushi × Kirishima Shuzo 's Top(※) "Shochu" Experience - KIRISHIMA NIGHT will be held for a limited period of six days only, from October 23rd (Thurs) to October 25th (Sat), 2025, and from October 30th (Thurs) to November 1st (Sat), 2025.

This event will offer a set menu of traditional Japanese alcoholic beverages, including honkaku shochu, and dishes that go well with them, as well as Shochu cocktails at special prices.
The set menu will include two types of Shochu: "Kuro Kirishima," known for its rich sweetness and crisp finish, and "KIRISHIMA No.8," known for its fresh fruitiness reminiscent of muscat and mandarin oranges, as well as sake selected by the restaurant. Tsurutontan Midtown will also be offering original dishes designed for the event, including a "sushi and sashimi platter" and "miso-nikomi udon," to complement the drinks on offer.
