Delicious way to mix: Shochu 1 : Sparkling water 2
  • First, make delicious ice using mineral water or similar, and prepare crushed ice.

  • Fill a glass with ice, then pour in Akane Kirishima until it's about one-third full.

  • Stir slowly to dissolve the ice: three times to the right and once to the left.

  • Slowly pour in the cold carbonated water.

  • To avoid losing the carbonation, gently stir just once.

  • When condensation appears on the surface of the glass, it's ready to drink.

This is the basic way to drink it.

  • Plenty of ice, served on the rocks for a refreshing taste.
  • Enjoy the sweetness with a smooth, refreshing water-diluted drink.
  • Enjoy the aroma with a gentle dilution of hot water.
